    • Lynda as long as it is an degree from an acredited college or university it will be considered. Please note that we tailor our scholarships for community colleges and if it’s for a doctorate program, we don’t award a higher amount.

I read all the information contained in the F.A.Q. section and it specifies that scholarships are not awarded for graduate students. The comment above confused me because it seems to contradict what I read. I understand awards are not increased based upon level of education.

I am starting graduate school in January (old bird here, 33) and I have wanted to apply for this scholarship for years in my later 20s. My name was Amanda Condon above in the comments years ago. I am finally old enough! Am I excluded from applying as stated in the F.A.Q. due to being a graduate student?

      • We have changed things up a bit. So yes, we do consider you for a scholarship. Just the average scholarship is $250 – $300 per semester, and doesn’t go as far in grad school.

  24. For the letters of recommendations: When they are mailed in, will they be sorted once they are opened and read or should our names be referenced on the envelope?

    Reply
    • Please have them reference your name. Some semesters we get only a few applications and sometimes we received a lot and it’s easy to get lost in the shuffle.

This scholarship is just what is needed. I am a 67yo returning to school for biblical studies as it is a calling for me. God has been so Good to me and I need to be able to give my love back to him. I will be able to receive more wisdom on the knowledge of the Bible to give the truth in the words of the scriptures. Thank you

    • We are based in the United States. We only grant scholarships to a recipient attending a school here, and we mail a check tot he admissions office in the United States. I believe we’ve granted one to someone studiying abroad, but the check was issued to the US admissions office.
